Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any Glacier service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that happens under your account. Sharing licenses across users is not permitted.

3. Licenses

Plans grant a personal, non-transferable license for the duration purchased. Lifetime plans remain valid for the operational lifetime of the product.

4. Acceptable use

Glacier services are coaching, training, and PC-optimization tools. You may not use them to violate any game's rules, terms of service, or applicable law.

5. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where possible.

6. Payment

All prices are in USD. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first result in permanent account suspension.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in our Discord and take effect 14 days after posting.
