Eligible refunds

If a product is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours, or a coaching session cannot be rescheduled, you are eligible for a full refund.

Used day passes, completed coaching sessions, and lifetime plans redeemed for more than 14 days are not refundable.

Refund requests must be opened within 14 days of purchase.

Approved card refunds land within 5–10 business days. Crypto purchases are refunded as store credit.

Open a support ticket in our Discord with your order ID. Do not file a chargeback before contacting us — chargebacks result in permanent suspension.
