Account email, Discord handle, order history, and basic usage analytics for the products you own. We do not collect game files or personal documents.

Card and crypto payments are handled by our payment processors. Glacier never stores full card numbers.

We use essential cookies for sign-in, checkout, and saved preferences. No third-party advertising cookies are set.

To deliver purchases, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve our coaching and training products.

We share data only with processors required to run the service (payments, hosting, support). We never sell personal data.

Order records are kept for seven years for accounting. Analytics data is anonymized after 12 months.

You can request an export or deletion of your data at any time through a support ticket. Requests are handled within 30 days.
